Can I tip Alexis if I am not a member?
Yes you can.
You will be able to tip Alexis in her store. Please click here.
The store button can also be found on the top right hand side of your screen. Once you are in the store, the option to tip Alexis will be there.
How do I tip Alexis?
If you are a member: You will be able to tip Alexis once you are logged in to the site. Simply click the ‘Tip Alexis’ button that can be found on the top right hand side of your screen or underneath the images and/or video of the set you are viewing. Enter the tip amount and she will receive your donation.
If you are NOT a member: You will be able to tip Alexis in her store. The store button can be found on the top right hand side of your screen. Once you are in the store, the option to tip Alexis will be there.
How do I update my credit card details?

Both have live chat, email and phone assistance with 24/7 support.
Email is also available, but we do not suggest sending credit card information via email.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can.
The cancellations are handled by CCBill or Epoch (whoever you used when you joined up).
You are billed monthly or yearly, so the subscription will still be active until the billing cycle is up.
Please note there is a processing timeline so if you cancel a few days prior to your next billing date, you may get billed for the next month.

What is Epoch?
Epoch is an Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) which enables merchants to accept payments online from customers. Epoch manage all of your credit card and membership details. None of your credit card details are stored on this website.

CCBill is a secure payment gateway that will handle all monetary transactions, made by you, on this website. CCBill manage all of your credit card and membership details. None of your credit card details are stored on this website.
How do I update my log in credentials?

How do I edit my profile?
Click the ‘Account’ link located in the top right of your screen. In here you can update your account details and your preferences.
How do I get 20% off from the store?
When you join up to alexisforrester.com, you automatically get 20% off the store.
You will know what items have 20% off when you look at the price. It will show the full price, members price and how much you save.
*Tips are not included in the member discount.
How do I tell you if I have a shoot suggestion for your website?
We have a suggestion box set up for you, so you can let us know what you want to see. This link can be found on the top left-hand side of your screen if you are a member. If you aren’t, you can submit an idea via the link in the footer. Pease note that the full video or set will be available to view only in the members section.
How do I get in contact with you?

How does payment work when I want to tip Alexis?
If you are a member: Payment will be made via the billing company you joined with.
If you are NOT a member: Payment will be made via the online store check out.
